Hormone Advising

This approach is self-led and works best for women who are seeking primarily bio-identical hormone therapy. This format can also work for those who have strong support in other areas of their health and are not seeking additional in-depth support in areas like stress management, nutrient intake or sleep. Recommended visits are monthly for the first 3 months, and then every 3 months thereafter.
